There is so much going on here and it is often difficult to put it all in words, plus I'm not the greatest of writers. What are you going to be doing for New Years? You may not get this in time to answer but I was curious and also curious if the Mayan dooms day was a big deal over there too?
ReplyDeleteI am working on writing a bit about my holidays at Lake Malawi. The Mayan calendar ending was only a thing between Peace Corps volunteers. I'm not sure if any Zambians knew or cared about it.
